Topic: Off-Season Body Dysmorphia! Thanks Jordan, This is such a great post........I love the inspiration I get from this board of awsome people!!!! I Keep counting the weeks .... When do I need to start being good?? I just wish I could accept the extra pounds without beating myself up...I am 10 pounds over contest weight but on a small frame it shows everywhere you don't want it too.....I guess I will just have to work harder at the gym and love the extra me ( everyone says " you look so healthy " ) and hubby is no help he loves me 10lbs up or 10lbs down... Will we ever find a happy medium?? |

Topic: Pre-contest recipes Chocolate covered doughnuts!!!!!!! I can't believe how good these are, a friend of mine at the gym came up with these.......... 2 T sugar free chocolate flavored syrup 1 bagel ( weight watcher or better yet perfect 10 bagel ) mix pb w/ syrup (no h20) I added a little liquid stevia........Yummy!!!!!!!!!!! frost on bagel just like a doughnut. You won't believe how good it is......the macros will differ according to which bagel you use.......weight watchers bagel .... 14.65/41.4/1.87.......perfect 10 bagel....24.65/26.4/3.87 I know the carbs are a little high.......but when you are dying (i mean you want to kill everyone around you, pms-ing bad, craving chocolate and everything and anything that looks like chocolate, the numbers don't look that bad............... |
