I am 63 years of age and in the photo weighed 161 lbs at 5ft 9in. I am british and living in Norway.I was an enthusiastic weight trainer earlier in my life and have tried most sports. In the last 10 years my condition deteriorated until, luckily, surfing the web, I found Joe’s website. I decided that I would “challenge myself” and try and see if I could get into a similar shape as to when I was 27.I signed up with Joe and along with his daily guidance,encouragement and not an inconsiderable amount of work on my part, came to a peak in september. I was down in weight from the beginning by 31 lbs. I have currently signed on for the “online training” with Sean and a further challenge to try and improve for september, 2008.
