Hi all! I just started competing in Figure this past fall 07. I recently competed in the Ms. Fit Body division which I also love and will continue competing in both!
I work as a personal trainer and part time at the Vitamin Shoppe. I am also a college student studying Exercise Science! I am always interested in learning something new whether its an exercise, food idea, supplement advice, ANYTHING to do with health and fitness! Right now I am training for an INBF show in my home town, Poughkeepsie- October 25th!
