On the site's index, the Diet Manager needs to "Track your progress!" not "Track you progress!" ...small thing...

Topic: Introductions!

Yes, Joe, I just happen to be Danny's son! I was going to wait until next week to start keeping track of my food intake... It was right at that moment that I read in your book to not wait, but to start immediately! So... I did. It's tough. All (well, most, really) of our food is prepared for us at KBR-ran dining facilities (I'm deployed to Iraq if anyone missed that earlier). They don't seem to have good recipe cards with nutritional information, so I thought I was going to have to either guess, or just wait until I got home to the states to really track everything. I searched the internet for some calorie calculators, and I found a few. I found several, actually, but only a few were really worth anything. Joe, I hope I'm not out of line by suggesting this... I found a website that helps you keep track of everything you eat, and your daily activity. It is free, although they do have a "Gold Membership". _Joe, is it all right to post the link to the site here? (It definitely *doesn't* replace you, your book or your advice)_ If for nothing else, they have a really great (so far, anyway) online Nutritional Database. It has almost everything that has been served here (in one way or another).

Topic: Introductions!

Wow... I really feel out of place after reading most everybody's intros... It seems I'm not up to everyone else's standard, but then again, that's why I'm interested in Dr. Joe's expertise. My name's Stephen. I'm from Evansville, but right now I'm in Iraq (Thanks Army National Guard!). I heard about Dr. Joe from my parents and my doctor (Dr. Uloth). My father and I, both, feel the weight pull of our genes... My father is heavy, his father was heavy, and so on. I've struggled with my weight some, but not as much as him. When I got here to Iraq, I was really let down with myself. I had let my weight balloon to 240 pounds! I've started watching what I eat and portioning my meals, but it just isn't enough. I got a package from my parents last week, and in it was Dr. Joe's book! I'm reading through it, and it absolutely makes sense! Dr. Joe, I plan on meeting you when I get home. Of course, by then, I hope to have cut off a lot of the fat on my frame. I'm not planning on becoming a bodybuilder, but I do want... need, rather, to get fit. My goal is sub-200. My max weight for the Army is 200, and if I can make that, I know I will be doing well. (I have only made weight one time, and I looked sick skinny...) So far, I have dropped 15-20 pounds, so pray that I may 'stay the course' with bringing my metabolism under control!

First thing I noticed is there are hardly any titles for the pages on the site... These should be implemented (at least have TheDietDoc.com for all of them, if not each topic) for the professional look along the top of the browser.
