i am using universal nutrition lava post workout shake and i've used torrent before and i think they are pretty good for recovery and maintain muscle

Topic: sweating allot
I play volleyball 5 times a week, 3 hours straight, and i workout(weight) in the gym (whit air conditioning) 2 hours a day 5x per week, and i work 6x per week, between 4 to 6 hours. I live in a sunny island where I sweat allot. i think I am burning +-900 calories when i play volley, +- 200 calories in the gym and +- 400 calories when i work. That is +- 1700 calories a day. I change between 3 to 6 sweaty t-shirts a day. I think i have a fast metabolism because I sweat more than other people. I am 24 years old, male and i weight 190 pounds, 17.5% body fat. my calories intake vary from 3000 to 5000 calories a day and i have problem gaining muscle, what should i do to gain muscle and still lose fat?
