wow i didn't know there was such thing as "The diet doc" protein supplement. Speaking of peanut butter I usually eat 1/2 cup before i sleep (it really helps out with the night cravings).

Topic: Alcohol and slowing metabolism

does chewing tobacco ruin a persons metabolism?

i can't get enough of this stuff and it certainly helps with burning body fat........i usually supplement this into my diet once after each meal and it really works for me.

Topic: ...and that was when I decided to be natural

now i have to cycle my carbs differently

so i eat the majority of my carbs during the 1st, 2nd, and 5th meal.

i need to have a lot of carbs before work or i'll be sluggish and i'll probably end up getting injured in the process. im also using a lot of energy shots now to stay awake during those early morning hours.

sorry Austin i didn't mean to take over your thread!!

Topic: Why is it...

After my lab is finished swimming in the lake and fetching tennis balls he will get out and drag his lower body across the grass, up and down my yard. It looks like hes trying to hump the grass and i can't help but laugh and yell, "Rufus!!! What the Hell are you doing??"lol

I do need some therapy though; My dad is driving me crazy and I want to run away from home!!!! I could live in the dumpster in the back of Cardinal Fitness, scavange for left over chicken and fish, and then sneak in to pump some iron =)

So Kori how can I get abs like you? :0

Topic: Russ's Rampage to the WNBF/NANBF Evansville Show Aug 2nd

So i still plan on doing Sean and Joe's show my parents are just very confused people......i think they're dealing with dementia at such an early age.

Regarding my body weight:

April 16th (1st day of dieting) = 179lb

April 30th = 169.8lb

I'm just wondering if I have lost too much weight to begin with? Here is my diet plan that I have been on so far.

Diet:

5 days a week = 250/200/35

1 carb increase day= 250/300/35

2nd carb increase day= 250/400/35

Training:

weight lifting = 4 days a week (about 50min sessions)

cardio = 3 days a week 20min each (HIIT- very very very intense!!)

Side notes:

I train with weights 4 days and the other three i do cardio; no cardio and weightlifting on the same day.

Regarding my diet I use the carb increase days for my hardest workouts and evenly space them throughout the week.

I would appreciate a lot of comments everybody!! c'mon this will be my first competition!!

Thanks,

Russ

Wayne- Im just curious........how old are you these days sir? (i just need to calculate my goals within the years leading up to your age now)

Russ

PS. If I'm not first then my name shouldn't be on that list. You gonna be at Sean and Joe's show so we can settle this?

Well Sean im sure i'll be doing the same when I'm Wayne's age; no that was an understatement........what I meant to say was "I'm sure I'll be doing more than just throwin a 45 on each side of the bar when I'm Wayne's age." ; )

So am I off the little Barn's list yet? =)

Wayne I didn't mean any disrespectin' man I just saw the pic and it looked like it was in your house or something; Lucas is right it is very deceiving......i think you should pan out a bit on that pic so I can see the actual "barn" your are speaking of. Oh and I definitely believe you Sean when you say "My extended family has more people in it than the population of that place." (Minburn, IA) My grandma and grandpa live in Greenfield and there is no one there and not a damm thing to do for entertainment when visiting there. Laughing

Topic: The Sean Workout of the Week: Enter at Your Own Risk!

yeah i hope that doesn't happen for you; but doing that many sets of squats definitely almost made me lose balance and just wipe out!!lol

i would lean forward in between a few reps with my head down trying to focus the weight a little more on my lower back just so my knees wouldn't buckle. And Sean that workout really was "truly stupid!"
