Craig- congrats buddy!! i'm so proud of you man, you tanked it out, didn't complain, just got it done! (except when i had to straighten you out a few times ). the things you accomplished this year and yesterday will be something you remember forever. you will be better for making it through this journey. i wish i could have been there to share it with the team and see it in person..maybe next time!!

Craig - you are tightening up nicely..perfect peaking!!! i agree with mary on that hand position, it is much more appealing to see the thumbs and just rounds everything out nicely. oh and listen to mary she knows her SH*T!!

Hi Craig: yes on your question about palms:  thumbs toward judges or palms facing the sides of your quads. 

The hands should be in a fist - so thumbs are curled in tightly.  It doesn't matter if you have your thumbs tightly against the outside of your fist or tucked in under your four fingers.  I prefer the look of the thumbs on the outside.  It looks more like a natural (and more masculine) fist.  As long as you're in a fist and that thumb is not sticking out at all!   Bottom line:  they are fine as you have them now, especially if that is comfortable.

Yes the suit accidentally drops sometimes - so I'll let you get away with that for this picture.  Don't let it happen on stage.

Craig - you're peaking nicely. 

Suit: For your body, wear it the way you have it on your right hip (up higher) - not your left hip (suit is lower).  This will minimize the waist. 

Hand position:  Turn your thumbs toward judges - this tiny change corrects and improves the whole look of your front sym - which is your  most important pose.  It will pop the brachialis - show a nicer delt/tri cut, help the lat flare, help force the traps down and delts a bit back, and it will help you keep pecs up.  It's also more aesthetic to see the thumbs and not the back of your hands.
