  Murph buddy I've missed you as well.  It was a very big season for me. I'm ready to get back into the growth mode.  Joe and Sean have me all set to go.  It's time to get this ecto body even bigger.  Glad to hear your back is better.  I hope to get to see you on stage in May.

      You made it a week end for the books.  Andre' and I value your friendship.  Cindy I loved spending time with you and John.  Thank you Sean, and a big thank you to Nancy Andrews who continues to inspire me to be better.

       This week end was the Pro Master Cup out in Iowa.  Cindy took 1st place I took 4th in my first Pro show.  It has been a great season for me.  On to new growth and new goals. A big thank you to all those that helped me and the K-Team.  A very special thank you to Funda for making the journey with the Frenchmen and I.

    Thank you all.   I still don't believe I achieved a second Pro card.  This weekend is Iowa.  Being on stage with a group of seasoned Pros will be another dream come true.  Special thanks to Joe of course, Nancy K, Jordan & Judy, Mary, Funda, Sean, Michelle, my family, and the very special person in my life Andre' the "Frenchmen."  Andre' has been through all my ups and many downs without him I would not have accomplished all that I have.  So I would like to thank the entire Team-K.  Your a very special group of people.

   Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.  I understand your feelings.  My Brother In-law my sister's husband also is dealing with basicly the same thing.  We've been blessed with many additional years but he also has taken a turn for the worse.  Know that you have many people there for you.

       It was great meeting you in person.  Michelle as well.  You are both amazing people.

      Thanks to all the Team K members at the "HERCULES"   Those who were there by phone as well.  With the support given by all of you I always feel like a winner.

      Craig stay the course Joe is the best.  I know the feeling.  I drive poor Joe nuts I'm not dropping, I'm dropping too much. You are doing great.

  Julie my husband Andre' would like to borrow you.  I enjoy watching yard work from a distance.  I use to be out there on the weekends with him.  I hurt myself enough at the gym I don't want to add trouble.  200 lb. rocks WOW!!!!!!! 

    It is this type of team work and support that makes being a member of Team K  huge.  Thanks to all my fellow members you are an amazing group of people.

Shellie Your doing great just keep up what ever your doing.  Many of us have trouble in that area.  It is my hardest place to lose along with my legs.

     Wow!!!!   This thread has opened my eyes to many things.  I use stevia, chew gum, and have used salad dressings that are calorie free.  I'm an ectomorph who's always had a problem getting my legs lean.  While in the process trying to retaining my upper body muscle.  Could this be an issue even for me?

 Miki you are going to look amazing on stage.  I would not have ever guessed your age.  Your almost there.  You've worked very hard it will all pay off.

  Dr. Joe has been lowering my carbs and fat.  Prior to that I had told him I couldn't wait to feel hungry again.  Well we get what we wish for.  Lucas that pizza has my stomach talking up a storm.  It looks delicious.  I'm going to try it this weekend.

          I can't wait to get together with you.  The "Hercules" is going to be my stepping stone into my 1st official Pro show.  With Team K behind me I will have my best year yet.  I've utilized all the programs offered by Dr. Joe and Team K.  I never hesitate to urge people toward taking advantage of all the amazing programs and people to us all.

   I'm in.  Only I need to sign up in a hurry Sept. 1st won't cut it.  Not unless I start a new class at the "Hurcules"  Maybe "BERTHA BUTT" class.  I could more then likely open doors just like you.LOL  What a team we would be Sean.

   I guess I'm in good company.  I know from the waist down I'm in the obese class.  I don't think moderately more like morbidly.  I now have 4 sets of cheeks and a belly in all my poses. LOL

   Congrats to all!!!!!!!  Sounds like the perfect move.  Nancy will be a great leader for  Team-K.
