Topic: "Normal People" post here Need a little insight here... I've been cutting , and it has actually been going well. I've been implementing a 50/30/20 @ 2100-2250 cal. I'm 181@ 15%. My goal is to get to 10%. (my best cut was 170@ 11%...this coming down from 242lbs @lord knows what percent of bodyfat) so...this is a new goal for me. Lately I have been loading with some carbs the days I lift...I abbreviate my training 2days a week...basics, squats , deads etc... here's the breakdown the day before I lift:40/40/20 2700cal..it has been working well as far as giving me the energy I need to train but here's the deal...I'm all puffy from the carbs for a couple of days. My question is would it be a better choice to raise the calories the 500 across the board 50/30/20? or maybe try some different carb sources. I'm eating pasta and potatos for the load. Thanks for any help.
Sorry, maybe I should have started a new thread. Kent |

Topic: "Normal People" post here I got tired of being normal...this is what normal got me- Then I got sick of it and started my journey.I have a mess to learn about all this...like holding a bit of size everytime I cut;) During my transformation I would always read Joe's articles in Natural Physique, he really kept me motivated with his insight-even for the average guy. Someday I will have to get the books and maybe even get some coaching from the man himself!
