Congratulations to all of the competitors!!  You all looked so relaxed and like you were having fun.  You made it look easy.

I am leaving Thursday, going to the amateur figure/fitness comp on Thursday night, and will be at the Expo on Friday.  This will be my first time going.

Kristin, I have a room booked at the Hampton but I may stay with a friend so if you are interested, we can call and have it switched over to your name.

 Layne, I will stop by your booth to say hi.  Looking forward to meeting you.  Do you know what times you will be there?

Oh I remember all of those places well.  How cool that you worked for

Bobby Folz!  Yeah, I loved the fish.  I remember Fast Freddie at the Victory.  My girlfriend got so excited over their hot bodies that she didn't realize she had dropped a cigarette down the cuff of her pants.  After a few minutes the burning pants got her attention.

I wonder if we have met before.  Looking forward to seeing you Saturday!!

I have finally made the promise to myself to enter the August showhere in Evansville.  I have talked to Dr. Joe and Sean so that seals the deal.  No looking back.

I think I am going through some crazy midlife crisis and it feels great!  Since I turned 50 last November I have quit my job as an elementary teacher and will start blackjack dealer classes at Casino Aztar on Monday.

I started working with Joe back in April right before my knee replacement surgery.  Then when Sean moved to Evansville I was lucky enough to have both of them working with me.

You can see in my avatar the progress I made from March, 2007 to September, 2007.  Since then I have put some of the weight back on but still look a lot better than I did a year ago.  The best part is looking and feeling younger.

I am excited about the coming months and look forward to getting to know all of you and welcome all of your support and advice.

summer and I thought there still were.  Have you ever tried belly dancing?

 Hope you made up the stairs for your flight.  How was your trip?  I started

working with Dr. Joe this week and Jim signed me up for a year's membership.

Maybe you and I can work out together sometime soon.

Mary, yes I was talking about the black and white picture.  Actually it would

be hard to choose a favorite,  you look amazing in all of them and every

time I come here you have a new one up.

I am worried about you.  You said you were waiting for the pain to set in.

That was a week ago, what did they do you? 

I am back.  My knee replacement surgery was 6 weeks ago and I am recovering quickly,

not quickly enough to suit me, but I am doing well.

 I was working with Joe before surgery and will start back with him soon.

Sean, congratulations and I can't wait to meet you.  When will you officially be moving here to Evansville?

Have you found a house yet?

Funda, where is this bar that Jim takes you to here in Evansville.  I love hearing you describe it

but not so sure I want to hang out there.  LOL
