Hey guys and gals, I have to unload what is in inventory fast. I am starting a full time position next week and transferring all store related things 100% to Joe and gang. But I need to get rid of the stuff I have here. I have marked everything low, really low, even less than I paid to help move it fast. I will charge actual shipping so I can pack up your order, weigh it and then give you a total before you purchase. I can take a money order, personal check (but you have to wait until it clears), PayPal, Google Checkout, Visa, Mastercard of if your so inclined you can drive to my house, pick the stuff up and give me cash. They all work for me.

Thanks, thats something I didn't think of. Actually that traffic is coming from all over the place including here, we have a few campains running on Google adwords, Yahoo marketplace, MSN, Facebook and a couple of others. I was thinking shipping was a problem because we accidently had a handling fee included which bloated the price of shipping and that is now flat $7.95 and free over $300.

Thanks Liz and I can promise you we will take good care of you. I am in the process of getting X-Tend in there and my supplier just started carrying Muscle Tech so those will be up also.

Ok, I need some help from you guys. I have seen that over 500 people have been to the shop. We are even getting about 40-60 new visitors a day but I have only gotten one order. Is something wrong that I am missing. I did realize shipping was astronomical and have fixed it but maybe I am just oblivious to something. And I would figure someone would say something but I am in the dark here.

Ok,back on track Again. I just have to keep getting up on the horse. I did train with Craig on Sat and my tri's are killing me. I was going to go on Sun but I had contractors in my house so I didn't feel comfortable leaving. I am going to the gym with my cousin later as he just had a medical scare that finally kicked his butt into gear so I am going to latch onto his motivation and also help all I can because he has never worked out. Macro's are good but not the best food. I think I was a bit depressed yesterday but today I feel good.

Luckydog, I just adopted your New Year's resolutions.

I have been doing this program "Getting Things Done" by David Allen (aka GTD) for a while and definitely helps with the first and second of our goals, as well as a book called "The Now Habit" by Neil Fiore. But it sounds like you may already be employing GTD. Am I right? The Now Habit is a great companion to that program

The last 2 I am counting on Joe to just make me do it.

Ok, perfect new years day! Macro's on but I didn't get a chance to do the gym or run but the food is perfect. I am going to start training with Craig again so he can whoop my ass back into shape.

Yes, thanks all. That is definitely a problem to look back and feel bad. I am actually hosting a New Years party tonight and I am feeling strong because I have a perfect day behind me. I have done this many times before and I will do it again. I will check in tomorrow to let you all know how well I did. HARDCORE NOW! THIS IS LIFE! THIS ISN'T A DRESS REHEARSAL.

Not good, I did good for a few and then screwed up. I have so much family here I really haven't been on. I am getting back on the horse today though.
