I've been getting a lot of requests to lock in the camp; we're looking at the first or second weekend of January. Typically it's the first, but that happens to be January 2, 3, 4. Any objections to flying out the day after New Year's to get the closest Jan. 1 start, or who's in favor of the next weekend? I'm not going to announce the official staff yet - but it's going to be great as always. Alum get first right - anyone who was here last year needs to email me ASAP if you're in. I'll not call for applications/payment until around August, but just getting a preliminary look. Due to some problems we had with scheduling last-minute things this year, it's going to have to be a you're-only-in-when-you-send-payment thing. (You can sell your spot back if we find a replacement - and that's likely - but not a guarantee). I also have many, many people who haven't been here that have requested to be on the list. I may have to call it first-come, first-in; but I may also have to look at client seniority. I was thinking of cutting it to 10, but I'll look at 12 and maybe even 15 again....but depends on staff and scheduling. I don't want to lessen the experience. Votes on dates? Send emails starting now to get on the initial list. Thanks! |

I dont care so much about the dates other than it might be tougher to travel the day or two after new years... either way, I will make the trip...it is just too much fun! |

Dates don't matter. But getting to EVV is just a hard journey! Sigh...I'm in though! But who will be our social coordinator now that Jimbo is gone? What dive bar can we go to? |

Who has first bid original 1st year alumni or last years alumni? 1/2/09 is my birthday and a bad time to travel in general. Is the next week a 50/50 option? Will there possibly be a California camp just after this one? If so someone can have my alumni spot for sure. |

I'd love to get to CA next year. We have the Sacramento group but now we have Mary Bell in San Diego too. What do you think, Ken? I think late spring, but how about location? Or maybe one each, Spring and Fall.

Either place is great. It will depend on what gym you can get and where you think you can draw the most people. Just do it when the weather is good so people can really enjoy themselves. San Diego is good weather pretty much all of the time. Sonoma County and Sacramento you will have really good weather from May-October.

uh....that didnt answer my question is fantasy camp in eville or cali? I might be confused i thought there were two fantasy camps on in eville and one in cali. If i have that wrong...oops. Just want to make sure. Also dates? lucas |
