Florida Competitions?

Austin, Where in FL are you located? I'm in Tampa. There are a couple options for the Natural athlete. First off, closest INBF shows are in GA, so if you are willing to travel it's not that far. The WNBF is the pro division. As for other choices, I know the NPC does "Drug Free" shows with limited testing for anabolics. These shows seems to be ok. The NPC Hurricane is in Tampa in September. As far as fully tested natural orgs, there is always the OCB which does several shows throughout the state. There shows are well run and organized, just not as well promoted. They also have a pro division, the IFPA. I did my first show with them and was very satisfied. So check them out!

well guys,  I'm also in Fla..( close to  Tampa..)  if yu want to be in the WNBF,  Austin  this  is   true because  you will travel .... we need a Fla.. Show  for the WNBF!

Hey Austin- Tampa? Finally!

As for my next show, not quite sure. 2010 probably..I'm starting grad school next year and I need to focus my attention. Plus, let's face it...I'm really small, so I want to put on some size. I'm at USF right now, so I train there. Where do you train at?

As for travelling, I can see where you're coming from about wanting to get paid- but let's face it, none of us compete for money. Even if you win the whole show as a pro, you're probably just making enough to pay for all the supps, food and travel that you had to purchase during contest prep. Definitely can't make a living of winning shows alone. It's a nice income supplement though.
