Thanks Team K. I plan to make my WNBF pro debut at the Worlds in 2009, in NYC. I've stayed lean all year and competed 3 times since Aug. 2007. It will be good for the body to take a year off from pre-contest dieting and grow. I plan to bring more muscle to that show. I look forward to meeting many of you there. Lael Sauter |

Congrats! Awesome thick physique. check info regarding Worlds, I believe you must compete in another WNBF pro show that year before you are invited to compete at Worlds. |

Denise, Joe, Lael You are correct Joe, If you win your card at the INBF Canada or any International show you can compete in the Pro World. The same is true for the Hercules and the Naturalmania. |
