Recent winner of the WNBF Pro America, Kathy McClare, is making a final push for her one-day camp in Rochester NEXT weekend. I'll be there along with her and some other pros; anyone interested let me know. She's letting first time attendees come at a discount.

Thanks to those who made Kathy's first camp! Great weekend - nicely organized and some awesome people! Fun to train with Tony Bronco and Rachel! Tony has more vascularity in his upper body than you can imagine...we're training and he looks so good that though he's never even competed yet, given the choice of approaching me to ask questions or him, kids in the gym were asking him. Well deserved, man - you look freaky good! And lots of new muscle on Rachel thanks to Tony pushing her through Sean's online training program! Speaking of freaky, Kathy has about the biggest delts in the sport, super thin skin, and still nastily vascular coming off of her pro win two weeks ago....we go out to a club with her in a backless, sleeveless dress and everywhere we are people gawk like she's got two heads. Funny. Thank also to the rest of the staff - Rod, Paul Sr., Paul Jr., and Dan - what a great group!

Thanks Joe Great work out, but more importantly, great company. It's always a blast training with you and I always learn something when we do. Hey Sean....Joe had no idea what we were doing for most of the workout. He had this strange look on his face for the first part of the workout. Then he let me know you guys never do anything remotely similar to what you have me doing! What's that all about? Joe, I'm fortunate to be as vascular as I am. If only my glutes and hams would catch up and get with the program. You may need to be at your very best to get me tidied up by August no matter how strict I am. Kathy put on a fantastic event and, needless to say, everyone learned something. There were plenty of questions afterword for the entire staff. Team K and The Diet Doc have left a great impression in Rochester, NY.

Joe, so great to meet you, man! I felt so proud when you saw Tony's results! You see what Sean is doing to Tony (and therefore me)?!? But I'm getting results and it was so awesome to get your feedback. (14-15%...really?...gotta get that officially done) My favorite part of your visit was talking to you about psychology, brain science and spirituality. Hope to get a chance to do more of that in the future. So Sean....lets lay off the add a plate for awhile...k? My goal is to just get through a leg workout. Glutes man....I need help there.

Oh and Tony gets more food to protect his muscles since he's almost at show weight. Rachel gets more carbs to try and control her binging. Do you have ANY idea what its like to live with someone who's diet is spot on...everyday? sigh.

No I don't Rachel; there's no one in my household like Tony. I try to be, but the dude is a freaking robot. Too many flaws in the K DNA. But keep humoring him...just smile nod while you're eating Cheez-its in front of his scowling, furled brow.

Tony, you see...Joe is all drama when he is about to black out. We do similar stuff. I just happen to know for a fact that the man despises yo-yo sets. Too bad. LOL! Rachel! No more add-a-plate...no worries. You guys are doing something far more sinister now. So enjoy. :) Glad to hear that you are seeing some really good progress...thats what its all about! Based on the volume of text messages I got this weekend, I don't know what was better. The camp or the party afterwards. LOL.

Bring it on.....times a waistin'. Add-a-plate was awesome!!! What's next big boy??? Rachel is a machine. There is no quit in the woman. She keeps asking for more. She's gonna pass me right bye. The results are showing already. I can hear the footsteps and they're getting louder The cheeze-its gotta go though.....no doubt about it. Those things are the work of the devil!!!

Tony, I actually used the Cheese-itz as an example in a lecture at a doctor's office last night. Both in a good way to show you can work in things like that if you account for it and it's not sabotaging, but also as a way to show habit/behavior; "I have to snack while I read..." Thank Rachel for giving me great material - I use all sorts of client interaction in lectures. As far as the McCauley workout - true, I'm not used to doing 25-rep sets on upper body. But in terms of intensity and working some aerobic fiber components I don't typically do, that's why I like to dabble with other's ideas - we can all get stuck in ruts. And my lats really did get sore - just don't tell him that. (And, hey, Rachel! Pssst....come here....what are you doing saying your favorite part was talking psychology, brain science, and spirituality? What are you trying to do to me?! You're going to run all of our forum members off to T-mag or Mayhem or something - come on, girl! At least every other sentence use words like testosterone, scratch, or list a bodily function of some sort; you're killing me!)

Joe...I'm sure its not the first time I've been used as as a "case study"...probably most of them in the med/psych field and surrounding food behaviors! At least in the past... That bed time book/book munchies goes back a long long way. For now, I make room for it. I would panic without it. Dr Joe = testosterone, scratch, or fart. Tony = insane robot posse ?? Sean = sadistic bstrd

Sean, don't let Joe rib you too hard....we did do some 25 rep sets but we also some lower rep heavy work (the rows and the shrugs were no joke)
