I wanted a little better spacing to have a spring and a fall camp, but with our show being August 2nd, it's either have it more mid-summer or late fall. The vote on the other prep camp thread was to go pre-August 2nd. With July 4th and then a week-long trip I'm taking in July, then the chaos before our show we need to buffer back a bit and it looks like June 28th is about the only option. Any votes for or against that date?

Yep, that's the date! You gotta show up! The prep camp is all about getting you guys ready for the stage. There will be some training for sure, but we will be doing a lot of posing, talking about nutrition(Joe will give some lectures), we will talk about presentation for men and women, we talk tanning, everything. The idea here is to make sure that when you walk on stage, every single piece of the puzzle is in place and that you can be in your best possible shape! That and its just a great time talking shop with a bunch of fun people.  |
