Last January, at Dr. Joe's Fantasy Camp, Dave Goodin spoke about how he mentally got where he is today. He mentioned hypnosis. I have been using self hypnosis recordings for a while now. I wanted to share where I found them. They have everything from controlling eating to improving mental toughness.

oh course... it is a well know fact that Jamie Eason is obsessed with me! I mean...can you blame her...I am 50 lbs lighter than McCauley, and I can both out squat him AND out deadlift him by an amount so embarassing to him that I cant bring myself to disclose it over such a public channel.

What happened? I just blacked out when I thought about how those two are waiting for me at my house. And why do they wait at my house? Because both Eason and Biel like quad sweeps Jordan. Sooooo, uummmm....awkward moment....but...............ummmm, yeah. Sorry bud! Eason, Biel and I get along great. The three of us sit around post-coitus and watch ESPN 8 "The Ocho" together. Its great. |
