I have three weeks to go before the Bev francis. God, I'm a bit nervous. However, here I am. My dogs decided to join me. My macros are 125/100/25 two days of 125/150/25. I'm doing cardio once per day mon-sat. I should go back to adding two afternoons as well. Somehow my abs are not coming out and I'm driving Joe crazy. He says they will come out. God, he's optimistic!

Miki - WOW! You look great! Nervous is a good thing - I think we all feel that way at first! (I know I will be!) The puppies make a great backdrop and are totally adorable!

Thank you Jen! They're actually a distraction so no one will notice I don't come close to Kori. I can't believe I'm doing this after seeing her pictures. But anyway Rome was not build in on day.

Miki, I think you are being a little hard on yourself. For a Novice competitor, you look awesome. I thinkyou will do well, especially if you can manage to sneak the pups on stage with you. Good luck!

Miki - I agree with Jordan 100%. Have fun these next three weeks and attack it with everything you've got! You look great and I'm sure that you'll do fine! The puppies would definitely be an interesting addition to a routine

Miki you look fabulous. You have beautiful lines and great shoulders. Your legs have shaped up nicely. Enjoy the ride. Most of the hard work is done now.

Miki - Looking great! Can't wait to see more updates the closer you get to the contest. Love the dogs too. I understand the nervous part about the show. Also, I think we're the same age too. Good luck and keep us posted.

Miki, You look really good. I don't know what you have to be nervous about. You have three weeks to go, and you already look great. You're on the home stretch! Just have fun when you're out there. Wayne

Thank you all! Jordan & Jan, I will try to sneak in the dogs. Great accessory. Thank you Julie, I am working at developing those quads. Patty, I will be 52 in August. I am having fun; the nervousness is a good one.. Wayne, yes, three weeks I can still make some improvements.

Miki - beat you by one. I'll be 53 in September. Pushing the body to see what this old thing can do now days and it's a challenge. Also, if Joe says you'll have abs come show day then you'll have abs. What Figure categories are you competing in? Is there a masters or are you doing novice or open? Fun times ahead. Keep up the great work.

Shellie, I feel 30! I'm three months short of 52; let's not push it. I'm called the freak of nature, but my family age very well and years of modelling talked me to take good care of myself. Thanks Jen, you're so kind.. Patti, we can certainly relate.
