Thanks guys! Joe doesn't have me doing anything too drastic right now. Not much to lose he says-- that's not what I see in the mirror. I'm at 150/200/40 as of yesterday. Hamstrings this AM followed by 30 min stairclimber (ave HR 160). Des Moines is May 10. Funda, I hope hope hope you will be there. Sean has pretty much committed you to being there, so I don't know that you have a choice! Sean, yes, smacktalk works on me. I don't like to be harrassed! |

Kori - you're going to do awesome and I would enjoy nothing more than being there in person to watch you on stage! Whether or not I can go depends on if I compete the weekend before...we'll keep in touch for sure!

Kori how cool to see a post about your journey to Des Moines. One of these days I'll have to do the same. I have to agree you looked pretty close to ready at Camp in Jan. things can only get better. I'm going to give your leg routine a try soon. May 10th you'll be in my thoughts, and they will be all GOOD thoughts. Funda what is this if I do the NE Classic.
