Hey guys, my name is Evan. I'm new to this whole thing been told by my good friend lucas to post something up here and introduce myself. Im 18 live in Tennessee, Started lifting at 15 and seen some amazing changes, but now feeling lost in the gym. Been asking lucas for advice and everytime he mentions these forums and all you guys out there who have been doing this stuff for years and years. Just talking to Dr. Joe and Lucas about his first comp is mind blowing! Im excited about all this and look forward to talking to everybody!
