Although I am not an actor per say, I have been cast in an independent horror film called "Sculpture" its a movie about a girl who murders different bodybuilders and takes their best bodypart off to make the perfect bodybuilder. A bodybuilder sculpture. My role is to play the "good guy," David. My charater is a 24 year old who has raised his little brother on his own and becomes intimate with the main charater (the murderer. ) I won't tell you all exactly what happens but I get killed in my undies!!! So, this being my first time in a movie I wanna look JACKED!! even when I'm dead... I am semi-pre contest dieting, but I'm not aiming at getting shreaded, more around 5% or so. My goal is to get my normally innie bellybutton to become an outie. This generally happens about 2 months before my bodybuilding competitions. All in all I have about 2% bodyfat to loose, without losing any muscle! My death scene is going to be shot on July 16th. I am using this forum to A) promote the movie, and B) to keep myself in line with my training! I will be around to answer any questions or respond to any comments on this thread. Otherwise I will just be posting my workout scheme, weekly macro averages and bodyfat changes. Please feel free to comment about anything.

Week of: June 2, 2008 Currently "unloading" in my workout. Macro average goals: 220 CHO 375 PRO 65 FAT I will be carbing up 2 days next week Monday and Thursday. Currently started Creatine Loading... gettin a little bloated, but that is just more motivation! I will cut it out 2 weeks before the shoot. Next week I am starting an Undulating Periodization Scheme. Low reps on the core exercises (6ish) and higher reps on the isolation exercises 8-15.

Well hopefully it's gonna be the next Blair Witch Project, but unlikely. It will be a DVD most likely, it already has a big underground independent horror film following. Scream Kings is the name of the filmers.

Austin - yes, that was taken last week. Almost 8 weeks out for Joe and Sean's show. It's getting closer and closer. My husband, my youngest son and I are all competing in the show. Lucas - Sorry, I couldn't help. I think I've been scared for life by your undi pics. I was seriously thinking about sending you a case of Oxi-clean! It's just the mother in me, I can't help it.

Lucas, I just saw your pics, haha nice! I love the little chair in the background it looks like you are a giant! You are still competing in the contest right. Update: I've decided if I post up my weights lifted that it will motivate me to lift more! So thats what I'm gonna do. I am determened to find a way to lose fat and gain muscle. So far in the first 2 weeks if did just that, and the third week I went the other way... eek, this week I'm planning on gaining muscle and losing fat. Today will be Legs and Arms! Doin' some low reps today 6x6 on squat with 90 sec. rest. My goal is to Squat an average of 345 lbs. My boss told me that I cannot genetically squat more than 475, bench more than 325 and have a LBM of 185. I will prove him wrong!!!! He told me that genetics determined my roof and I told him that they will slow me down but never stop me. If I can get all my lifts above those numbers and my LBM above 185 he will retract his prior statement. That is my main focus right now. Squat max is around 455, Bench max is around 280 (long way to go!), and LBM is at 177.
