Does anyone else have to eat macros of 225/600/90 a day? All I know is when you do the followings become truth: 1. You plan your day around meals 2. If you miss a meal you look as if you are about to faint 3. You fall in love with even the healthiest, blandest tasting food. Because if you don't, you will go crazy. 4. You realize how pathetic you are when you are two hours away from your workout and realize you are lookings forward to your post-workout meal. 5.GI track? I am pretty sure I won't have one left soon, but who need it? 6. You drive home and look for the cheapest, healthiest place to eat (anyone for 5 dollar footlongs!!), because if you don't you will spend more on food than gas (three hour drive home). 7. You have a cheat meal, which turns out to be a whole pizza, and you end up eating two more meals following that...... 8. In my case, you burn through a semester of food money in less than half the semester, and have to actually cook your own food. Your room begins to look like this *Note that this picture does not include my refrigerator. It is packed full, with all of my frozen meats in the public refrigerator. 9. Last but not least, you realize that you are at the beginning of your career, and your intake is likely to increase.... I am sure there are more I could think of, but it is time to eat again, so I got to run... Josh

I would like to add that this is the macros of my clean bulk, my bodyfat has stayed at 8.3% since I started (I have put on 12 pounds roughly since then).

Josh i would get rid of that Nitric Oxide supplement you have.......nothing but a waste of money in my opinion. and dont feel bad about your macros, im starting to diet at 250/300/65......some people only get 150 CHO a day. And if im not mistaken dont you attend Depauw University? all of the food out that way is a lot cheaper than here @ IUPUI.

And great job adding 12 pounds on Josh, I consistently stay at 8.5% bodyfat while bulking also and i couldn't imagine adding on that much weight at the same bf. I would be 191lb @ 5'8".......that will be the day =)

Yes, that supplement is, but I got it free lol. Food at the store, doesn't seem cheep to me. Food at the university is outrageous, to give you an idea, it is like $2.30 for two hard boiled eggs (which is cheap compared to a lot of things). I don't feel bad, this post is meant to be humerous at my expense. My "problem" with have to eat so much is most people dream. But that is because most people don't bodybuild like we do. In all honest, I love my metabolism, it gives me more freedom than it restricts me.

oh well its nice to get freebees =) yeah i like having a high metabolism, i dont think mine is as high is yours considering that ive never ate 600 CHO (the downside that i see from my perspective is that i spend quite a bit on food each week, and you would spend more money obviously). So im just curious............where are you from and why did you decide on Depauw of all colleges? any specific reasons?

That's 4110 cals Josh - I can suck that down in 2 hours and then go prowling for more . That's the problem with my 1470 cal plan - it doesn't allow for that . (sorry had to leap frog this post over a couple of threads - had it in the wrong place.)

Notre Dame and DePauw were my two favorite schools. Both are great academically, both carry a lot of weight in the work world, etc. I got into DePauw first, and got weight listed at Notre Dame. So I decided on DePauw, instead of waiting around and hoping for ND, because I got accepted into a summer program before my freshman year. I pretty much spent 3 weeks on campus and 2 weeks in Ecuador. They payed me to do this......lol.....and payed for every expense but souveniers (Sorry, I can't spell, I am dislexic (which I spelled wrong as well)). I got into Notre Dame, but was already deep in the Ecuador program and didn't want to drop out of that . All in all, I love DePauw and everything about it. The work load is incredible, and that makes for a stressful time. But the experience is well worth it, and it should pay of in the long run. Whether I go to medical school or do something else with my life.

yeah i did notice that freudian slip Josh had "weight listed", definitely the words of a bodybuilder.lol Thats great that you got the chance to go to Ecuador through Depauw, i would have stayed with Depauw also. I've actually got a few friends here f/m Ecuador, its awesome to meet new people =) Well i hope you have fun @ Depauw i used to go there quite often in highschool, i've got a lot of friends that go there now also. Many of them play football there.........a couple names are Brayden Dahlstrom and Andrew Smith, ever heard of either of them?

No, I just ate her for 28 weeks non-stop. I treated her right, and she was good to me. We had a great relationship, but just like the typical man I am, I left her for variety. I'm seeing other foods now.
