In the offseason, how often does everyone cheat here? I figure the average will be once a week, that seems to be the norm. I am more curious to what everyone eats for their cheat, lol. I have not been doing cheat meals because it bugs me, but I have decided to make myself. So what does everyone eat? Enjoy your weekend everyone Josh

I'm a toggle without a dimmer switch. So when I cheat, whether I'm prepping for a show or not, I keep it very low fat.

a couple Domino's 1 topping medium pizzas, a grocery sack full of Taco Bell beef melts, or maybe a few pounds of boneless bbq chicken and fried okra f/m Walmart's Deli :) i just started up my strict diet again, timing meals, counting calories and so on; im planning on 2 cheat meals per week.....maybe 3.

I'm a popcorn nut. Not air type popcorn. I have a special seasoned pan. I use olive oil & conola and pop my own. Most of what I consider a cheat other people would say not . Even when gaining weight off season I tend to eat more of the good foods instead of a real cheat. I don't trust myself I have a really bad sweet tooth there might be no stopping me.

I'm right there with you Kerrie. I tend to cheat on rice cakes and fruit and air popped popcorn. I have sweet tooth and there is no stopping me. That's the toggle. I'm on or off - no dimmer switch.

I'm all or nothing.....can't have just one cookie..........i need 6 or 7.....can't have natural pb in the house or nuts during prep......When I cheat in the off season its one day, then I get right back on track.....

Cheating never bothered me before. I only do in the off season, and it's in spurts. Hey, If it's a birthday party...more cake please! I'm also a sucker for butter tarts, hot chocolate with whip cream and chocolate sprinkles, or the odd greesy burger from Dairy Queen, Panago pizza, Taco Bell burrito's, Arby's melts etc..you name it! I always stay away from fruit juice and soda's though.... I have not had any of these in almost half a year, and I'm amazed that while working with Joe, I have not even craved them.

Pam ~ I see your into tall figure and I am getting ready to comptete for my first tall figure competition, May 3rd. I am 5'9 and right now I have 6 1/2 weeks, Whats your training like 6 weeks out ? Food Break downs? How tall are you ? ---- Just picking your brain I am super nervous for the show and trying to get some good info

147.2 today ! never thought it was possible. Goal in two weeks 145 for show time. I am so glad I found Joe and the support/entertainment of this whole group! ! Question for you all: So post show diet? ........what do you guys think? Been thinking about what I might enjoy the day after the show but I am going back and forth with the idea of breaking this great "eat clean" diet that I have been known to love and hate in the same day. Any suggestions? past experiences?
