First off what is your favorite post work out meal? I am rather sure that IHOP will be Sean's choice for any meal, but I live on a college campus is a small town, so IHOP is a treat I rarely get. Anyway, my new favorite post-workout meal is a footlong, toasted, BBQ chicken sub. It is actually pretty healthy, it is on wheat bread, with steamed chicken, 4 ounches of BBQ sauce, and a lot of vegys. What is your guys favorite?

IHOP after back or legs. If I can't make it there, I will drink a weight gainer shake with some BCAA and some creatine mixed in there. Something in the 100g CHO, 40-50g protein and 15g fat range.

Don't feel too bad Josh. That shake only holds me for 30 minutes or so, literally. Then I need more.

I know I honestly have a problem waiting two hours between meals. Following my post workout meal....I will be hungry within an hour. I usually have to force myself to wait two hours, lol.

I take creatine post workout, but nothing else really. I get plenty of protein today with my high intake diet, but am I hurting myself not taking BCAAs, or Glutamine?

Josh- in the offseason you don't really need BCAA's or a ton of glutamine because you are eating so much food, especially you. a little glutamine post workout might be a good idea, but you money is better spent on food/protein supps. when you are dieting, those things play a larger role because you are more depleted.
