I have been working locally with a few body builders and figure competitors on posing. I would like to offer a more structured posing and prep session (perhaps weekly) for these final 6 weeks into Hercules. Reach out to me if you are interested and based on participation I can determine a mutually convenient location and time. * by no means is this limited to Hercules competitors if your interested let me know. |

I am trying to set up a standing Thursday or Friday afternoon - does that work for either of you? - we have been doing Thursday afternoons but the people I've been helping are pretty flexible.

Either day is fine for me, but Thursday it would have to be anytime 2:30 or later and Friday 3pm or later. I have kids gymnastics and ballet in the early afternoon those days |

Thanks Joe.. Nancy, If I have to chose one of the two would be Friday. However, if you can possibly do a saturday morning so it wont screw any one's weekend would be great. My schedule is a bit crazy. Thank you! |

Nancy.... I need your posing class in Flordia... darn.. since we moved down here I have not found another women bodybuilder around !!! this is nuts.. The only thing I have is a darn mirror ( and that I'm getting ready hand bend like at the carnivals .... so when I look at myself I look bigger...) last year I had Mary, on me.. this year its just down right lonely..... BRING A CLASS TO FLA!!! hey its nice and warm! |
