I'm losing my mind. I've got 2 weeks left before showtime and doubts keep entering my mind. I'm not a client(YET)! After seeing some of the other clients in these forums I think I'm about convinced to become one myself. Just got to save up the dough for it. I just wanna bounce some questions off anyone that will listen. I won my novice medium tall class last year in my first show. I know I didn't come in lean enough to be competitive in any other class, but it was my first comp and I lost 32 pounds to get into contest shape. I stepped up to the open class for the same show this year. Just want to know about water and carbs for me the last 2 weeks as well as my Mon Tue Wed workouts during contest week. My committment and effort is there I just don't have the answers. I can post some pics if anyone would like to help and tell me how to post em.
