Reading all of this about no sucralose, aspartame or anything sugar free... should I steer clear of the new Powerade Zero too? Remind me again, why is sucralose so bad?
It's fine in moderation. But my question is, why would you want to cut the carbs out of Powerade?? The whole point of the drink is to refuel with carbs and electrolytes. It seems like the major athletic edge is cut out when you eliminate the carbs, and you would only be drinking it for taste.
