Hey All! I figured if I post some of my workouts it will help to stay focused but also, if anyone has any advice on something I should change or add I am All ears!! So here goes, today was a leg day.
1.Leg Extensions:
50 lbs 15 reps,
60 lbs 15 reps,
70 lbs 12 reps,
80 lbs 10 reps
2.Squats with Olympic bar:
Just Bar- 15 reps
25 lb plates= 95 lbs total- 15 reps
25 lb plates and 10 lb plates= 115 lbs total- 15 reps
3.Vertical leg press: (Not sure what the original weight of the machine is)
just machine: 15 reps
10 lb plates: 15 reps
25 lb plates: 15 reps
35 lb plates: 15 reps
45 lb plates: 15 reps
4. Hamstring leg curls:
40 lbs 15 reps
50 lbs 15 reps
60 lbs 15 reps
50 bs 15 reps
5. Hack Squats wide:
10 lb plates 15 reps
25 lb plates 15 reps
(2) 25 lb plates 8 reps fast, drop a 25 off each side, 10 reps slow
last set same as 3rd set
6. Standing Calf raises:
40 lbs 15 reps
50 lbs 20 reps
60 lbs 15 reps
40 lbs 15 reps
