I have noticed a trend and many people are training in crossfit. I really do not feel it would be the best method if your plan was to hit the stage, but it really seems like a good alternative for the general population who just wants to stay in shape. Eric, I have tried Crossfit for a few months actually. There was a time when I thought I would never do any other type of exercise. However what I found was that it is too "random" for me. I never knew felt like I had a "focus" and while sometimes that is fun, it got old for me. Plus my shoulder and elbow joints were taking a beating do to their very fast paced, heavy load workouts (at least for me). I also started to develop Plantar Fasciitus from all the hard running as well. I found myself going back to bodybuilding specific workouts as a "treat" to myself. I guess I have some unfinished business... something is telling that I need to hit the stage someday soon! In all honestly I learned quite a bit about hard work from Crossfit so I have to thank them for that. Have you tried it Eric?
