Hey Mary! Still considering this show. Doing the May 10 show in Des Moines so will see how that goes!Would love a new suit and supplements-- again, great job making this show worthwhile for amateurs...very cool!

Yes, I got the DVD & Shirt. I meant to email you & let you know I got it. Time got away from me. I got the shirt for my training partner, Jen. She is turning 23 tomorrow & I am schooling her in training like a girl. ;) |

Hey Mary! Been practicing my posing like you suggested, but I'm still concerned with my side poses. Would you mind if I took some pics and sent them your way? At camp I didn't have my heels, so the side poses look much different with them on. I've been playing with the leg positioning, but I'm unsure as to what is or isn't acceptable to the judges!

Kori, did MB teach you that pose in your avatar? Will you do that center stage right in the middle of the walk? A little spin to the rear, a daintly little hair flip, an elegant twist the the front, then down for a crab most muscular?

Hmmm....I think you're on to something there Joe. With that routine the pro-card is in the bag for sure! I do think that we should include some dramatic facial expressions though, something to catch the judges off-guard.
