I will certainly be going...probably not competing though...but definitely going down there to lend a hand and meet some faces...cant wait...plus I will have the venue and everything all scoped out from my show...since they are both in the same place. |

Like Joe said in the other thread, TEAM K HEADQUARTERS is going to be in his room. So we need to plan that a bit. Since we are flying in, we will need people to bring some paint tarps for coloring purposes. In terms of coloring product, what happened last weekend (and it was just fine) is that everybody basically threw their protan and dream tan into a community pile and we just grabbed what we needed whenever we needed it. So we need to ensure that we have enough of all the tannign products. Also, I know we have some people who are driving in and they could probably bring food for those who need it and can't bring it (flying in).
If all goes to plan here, all the athletes will get there, have everything they need, have all the help they need and the whole process will be streamlined enough that nobody is running around. it makes everyones life easier. Trust me. LOL |

So glad I'm not doing worlds..I wouldn't make it. Although I think If I really wanted to I have enough time to mitigate the damage done and come in even better. I really only have water to ditch. Think I should?? Shoot me an email before I hit this vending machine :)

Prejudging for the pros will be early - we'll need to somewhat schedule people for the tanning prep and for me to look at. The suite has a dining and living room we can push furniture back from, but we'll still need to limit bodies in there - and bring some plastic etc, so we don't trash the room.

Since I will be driving in I can certainly bring all sorts of goods, food, tarps etc...as the show approaches, if I just get a list emailed to me I will be sure to get together all sorts of goodies needed. |

Thanks Jordan. I know Mary Ford is bring a bunch of stuff too. When we have this many people (20 plus competing as far as I know), there are some logistics to deal with. LOL.

I will stay at the lovely quaint historical New Yorker Hotel. I will try to get in on Wednesday so I am not feeling rushed and stressed. So I don't have to deal with all the search and security issues at the airport, not to mention looking like a pack mule in New York, I plan to prepare a box food as well as tanning products, tarps and rags that I will simply Fed Ex to the Hotel. I'll keep you apprised as my plans solidify. |

Nancy, you can get a suite for just a little more - not entirely nice, but basically two adjoining rooms where one is a living room. Not sure if there are Tower Suites available, but that's where you get into a nice room. But it's about $12 million a night.

I'll be driving/training it in so I can definitely bring whatever supplies anyone requests. It's easy for me. Jordan - I'm going to drive to New Haven, CT and then take the train in. Let me know what your plans are and maybe we can figure out how to drive/train it together.
Sean/Joe - if you need anything in terms of supplies just send me a list and I'm on it. I'll do whatever I can to help out with anyone!!!! |

Glad to hear we have this many troops drving in...because there WILL be some supplies that we will need to cart in there.
Has anyone booked airfare yet??? We should try to time our arrivals and departures if we can...it would be nice to be able to share cabs, ect...
