Our boy Reed Masters now has a WNBF Master's Pro Card.....something like win #58 for my hero.  I believe in the overall he beat fellow Team K'er George Ynclan (George texted that he won his class).  Congrats, Reed!

Reed also won his open class and went against our own Homer Alafa as well, who won the overall and the WNBF Open Pro Card.  Funny story: Ian Charles texts and says "this monster who was supposed to be a middle weight ended up in the light heavies - Ian's class" and I had to say, "That must be Homer - sorry, man."  So Ian got a tough second and buddy Brent Little was in the novice - haven't heard that result yet. 

Congrats to all - two very deserving new WNBF pros in the Team K family!  A couple more results to come....Lulu, Trevor, Brent......and, oh yeah - there was this dude (Lucas I think his name was) who did a show today as well. Not bad for a rookie ; )

Reed! - so glad to hear the news.  You looked great in Evansville too; it was so nice to finally meet you there.

That is a very nice MM of Lucas.  Color is nice- even and dark...must have been pre-sheen.  The venue had a very nice back stage for you guys.

You can see me in the pic of Lucas.  I have proof I was there. 

I am glad I got there in time to tweek his posing, I could really move him & get him just right.  Jamie helped too.  He is the one to taught him the importance of a nice smile, standing up straight, holding his head up, & walking in a manly fashion.   Those small things really showed on stage.

Reed: Well done brother...its about time! I knew that there was a pro card with your name on it! Time to stand on stage with the big boys now!

Lucas: So are you hooked on this sport or what? LOL Well done man!! 

I also got word later that Brent did indeed go top-5 in his first show - great job, Brent!

Trevor Dawson, who won his pro card in one of the west coast organizations competed in a VERY tough show and only the class winners qualify to represent the USA in their world championships....and Trev nailed it!  Whew!

Two of my very fine Australian clients also competed again this week with one winning his class and the other coming in second - Paul Valentine and Dean Stephenson.  Both competing at Worlds in NY as well. 

Team K is stepping it up to finish the year!!  Wait until you see the talent we unleash on New York City in November!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Joe and Team K,

 It was an awesome weekend.  It was an awesome experience at the Alamo Showdow and I had the pleaure to meet some of Team K's finest natural bodybuilders.  I had the opportunity and pleasure of meeting:

Reed Masters - phenomenal physique and fierce competitor (congratulations on your pro card as well - you looked awesome and deserved it). 

I had the honor to share the stage and compete against another fierce competitor (Ian) that was in awesome shape and made me work for that light-heavy.  I can't believe Ian referred to me as a monster  LOL (just kidding).  He was a great guy and is a great bodybuilder.  We got to take an awesome picture together backstage. 

His partner in crime (Brent) looked awesome as well. 

The guest poser (David Lee Nall) is a humble champion with an awesome physique.  David put on a great show and performed to "Thriller".  I also had the pleasure of taking  a picture with David. This dude is super tall.

One of Joe's buddies "Texas Shredder" Dave Goodin was also there and I had the honor of meeting him and taking a picture with him.  He was a very nice guy.  He is a true role model to the natural bodybuilding world.  Dave was in phenomenal shape and I am not sure if he has ever heard of an off season.  He looked shredded.

Last but of course not least, Dr. Joe, you are a genius when it comes to nutrition and peaking.  Thanks for the awesome guidance and coaching.  Hopefully we can have a great outcome in the remaining shows.
