what is the usefullness of this in supplement form. it is supposedly absorbed directly by muscle, i'd assume at least as quick as it would take simple carbohydrate to reach the muscle. would there benefit of this over any other simple cho though?
Wow - didn't know this was still making rounds. A biochemist friend of mine told me about it before it was released more than a decade ago. Supposed to be used directly in the Krebs cycle or something but not sure if anyone ever proved it was better than table sugar.
