Do you need to use a fat burner during contest prep if your macros are in check your training is in check and other supplements like protein powders, EFA’s and BCAA’s are in check?
I am only asking this because the INBF doesn’t allow Ephedra and I think all the other legal fat burners out there don’t work or work VERY little, If I am tired I will have some caffeine I think that’s all you need. Let me know if you think I am wrong.
