Prices???

How much is the 12month competition and peak program the Diet Doc offers? Any figure girls doing or have done this program? Success?

JM, the perfect peaking program? It's $1000 for 12 months, but every year after year 1 is $500. I am a figure girl- just started with Joe in July, a week out from my 2nd national competition of the summer.  He was amazing to take me on so quickly, without a clue as to who I was, what my background was, or any experience with helping me diet down! Did not do well in NY at Figure Nationals so wanted to get it right for USAs. Boy did I hit it! With his help of course. :)

JM it is worth every single penny and when you add up the time he gives you getting you ready for the show and on contest day it very cheap. Then like Kori said you stay with him and not only is it half the price but he gets to know how your body works and reacts even better. I have made more gains in every area since I have been working with him then ever before. Even coming of major hip surgery in January he has already gotten me into my best shape ever for two shows in July and we have one left in September were I will raise my conditioning level even higher. I can't say enough about how valuable he is if you want to be your best and have an edge over other people. There is no one even close in the natural bodybuilding and figure world who can match his abilities and track records. If you hire him I know you will be the best you ever have been on stage. My wife used him last year for the first time and he was able to add back all the muscle she had lost having two small children and getting leaner then she ever had been. Don't wait too long to hire him and give him a good amount of time to dial you in for your next show and when you stand on stage looking your best ever every cent you spent on him will be worth it. Good luck with whatever you decide but as a three year client of his all I can say is I wish I had found him sooner because I would be even further along in my BB career. I can't even imagine ever trying to get ready for a show without his help.
