How to upload Avatar (forum picture)

Hello fellow Diet Doc-ians

I just deployed a new release of the site and now there is support for avatars, which is what the forum picture is called. Here are the simple steps you need to do to upload your picture.

1. Log in/Sign up
2. Click "My Account" on the top menu
3. Click "Avatars"
4. Click <Browse> button
1. this will open an "Open File" dialog in which you can navigate to where you pictures are on your local computer and select the picture you want to use as your avatar.
2. Be aware that I will resize your image if it is over 200 pixels in either width or height.
   
5. Click Upload

Your done! 

 I have also added a better formatting control for all of the forum posts as you can probably tell.

I couldn't resize it, so i put my husband on the job to upload it! LOL!!! He works for HP and i'm a computer idiot! I put it in and it came up full size! LOL!! I was scurrying to get it removed before i got labeled the most vain forum member! LMTO!!! So happy i was able to remove it!!

I like the new look and the ballons that alert us to a new post too!! Very nice job!!

Yes it is Raphael, let me know if you have any problems and I will get Gollum right on it.

 I have tried just now to change my avatar, but nothing is happening.  Am I being impatient in that it will take some time for it to change or is it instantaneous.

Reed, I may not have resized it right - for some reason all of my pics size up perfectly but I tried one for Sumer and Brian said it was still too big.   I'll email it to Brian tomorrow.
