"Whatever It Takes!" Aug. 14, 07: Newly joined to Dr. Joe's Metabolic Transformation program. I am 6'2" & at the beginning of 07 weighed in at an all time high of 238 pounds. Starting the program today at 223 with a goal of 180! Aug. 2, 08: Participated in first NANBF Bodybuilding competition (Mid-America Pro-Am). 2nd Place in both Masters 40+ Pro-Qualifier and Masters 45-54. 3rd Place in Tall Novice. Stage weight 169 pounds!
