My nutrition program is for competitive and non-competitive bodybuilders as well as anyone who has body fat to lose and/or a goal to gain muscle. The following description is for bodybuilders, thus including language regarding peak week, etc, but the gist of it is the same for everyone. I design a program for you and then based on your progress I adjust your program as needed and provide ongoing support, answering questions daily if necessary. After a detailed history of you; previous contests, pics, body comp stats, and current pics and stats, I develop an initial program. You record, in detail, your food consumption etc to email me each week along with weight changes and I modify your program as needed. You can email me questions every day, as often as you need - I'm totally accessible. Each month or so, I like to see new pics and a body comp test to make sure we're on track. Peak week becomes a daily communication time. I adjust every nutrient every day carbs, fat, protein, sodium, water, etc - I'll send you a spreadsheet and then we'll fine tune each day.
